The competition is designed in such a way that the participants are asked to comment on the competition entry and also to follow the Instagram accounts @sir.noir and @kreuzueber.eu. These conditions entitle you to participate. As part of this promotion, a unique set consisting of

The promotion starts on December 25th, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. and ends on January 5th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.

By participating in the competition, participants accept the following terms and conditions:

1) Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria or Switzerland are entitled to participate.

2) Effective participation in the competition is only given if the participant fulfills the above conditions. The winner is responsible for submitting his correct address. If a prize is returned (for reasons for which the winner is responsible, such as incorrect address, failure to collect it from the post office, etc.), the entitlement to the prize will be forfeited without compensation.

3) The prize will only be sent to addresses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. There is no shipping to PO Boxes or Packstations.

4) Participation in kreuzuber sweepstakes is basically free of charge and independent of the purchase of services.

5) Participation is only possible once per competition.

6) The campaign period will be announced in the relevant competition post.

7) Participation is only valid if, in addition to the general conditions, all the conditions required in the respective competition entry have been met, e.g. leave a comment, send a message, timely participation, etc.

8) The data provided will only be used for the competition. Data will not be passed on to third parties.

9) The winner will be determined according to the respective competition entry, e.g. drawn at random, and will be notified no later than 72 hours after the closing date for entries. If the winner does not respond within three days of the notification being sent, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.

10) In the event of suspected fraud against a fellow player (e.g. unauthorized manipulation, multiple participation), Paprcuts reserves the right to withdraw the prize (even retrospectively).

11) Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

12) The organizer is released from all obligations towards the participant at the latest at the end of the competition. In addition, the organizer is not liable for damage to the prize or persons caused by improper use.

13) Legal recourse is excluded.

14) Participation by email is possible if the participant sends an email to mail@kreuzueber.eu with the subject "Kreuzueber Sweepstakes" and states why he or she would like to win.
